After spending over 30 years estimating and supervising the construction of a wide range of General Engineering and Utility construction projects, Dave established Apex Utility Consultants to provide utility consulting services and assistance to the Greater Sacramento and Northern California development communities.
JORDAN HORN
Position: Lead Consultant
Years of experience: 7
Jordan works with many of the Sacramento area's largest joint trench contractors and is involved with PG&E Gas As-Built and Gas Service Record Documentation, Joint Trench Composite Preparation and Third Party Utility Inspections.
